1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using mysticarc.com and its associated services (including the astrology reports generated), you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Overview

MysticArc is a platform of personal development tools, including astrological reports, numerology profiles, and career insights. The platform is operated by an authorized individual registered in Romania.

3. Nature of the Reports

The reports available on this platform are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. Results cannot be used for clinical, legal, or employment purposes.

4. Products and Payments

The platform offers personalized digital reports for a fee. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. MysticArc does not store your card data.

5. Refund Policy

Reports are digital products delivered immediately after payment. In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on an intangible medium, where execution has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

By completing payment, you confirm that you understand and accept that the report is delivered instantly and that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

If the report was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end, you may request a full refund at info@mysticarc.com within 48 hours of payment.

6. Minimum Age

The platform is intended for individuals aged 16 or older. Persons under this age may not use the services without the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with GDPR (Art. 8).

7. Communications

By providing your email address and checking the consent box, you agree to receive your report and subsequent relevant communications about platform products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click on the unsubscribe link in any email received.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform including questions, algorithms, generated reports, graphics, designs and texts belongs to MysticArc and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

MysticArc is not responsible for decisions made based on report results, for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform, or for temporary service unavailability. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of clinical accuracy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
